Trouble using bios

I've over kicked from bios before, but this time on a older motherboard, it won't move the cursor further down than the system date, I'm so confused. Pls help.

A bit more information may help. What are your specs (specifically your motherboard)? Also, you should be able to use the keyboard (Arrow Keys + Enter, etc) to navigate.

motherboard:XPS 8500 Vostro 470
yeah, keyboard, but for some reason the cursor doesn't go lower

Perhaps there is no changeable options to go down to being a Dell
