Trouble With Rebuilt PC Restarting

I recently rebuilt my PC after finishing an RMA for my motherboard. After finishing, I found the system will power on, stay on for a few seconds, powers back off, then repeats this process until I force the system off. I've tried troubleshooting ideas, including those in the stickied thread, to no avail. I don't believe I've missed anything in building the machine, at least not anything obvious like the 8-pin or front panel connectors, and I made sure all of my connections are secure. Also the machine is finicky in whether it turns on or not.

I have tried a different power supply that has powered my last PC, I used a screwdriver to turn on the PC, and I placed only the PWR and Reset connectors. I even rebuilt the computer from scratch to retrace my steps and make sure I didn't encounter any of the pitfalls listed in the stickied thread.

My system specs are:
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Ultra-Gaming
Intel Core i7-6700K
GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Samsung 950 M.2 SSD
16GB DDR4 RAM
Corsair RM750x 750W PSU

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have no idea what's going on.

Solution
1| Just t rule out a faulty board did you try and breadboard the system?
2| Have you tried updating the BIOS to the latest revision?
3| You may want to see if you can boot up your system or even go to BIOS with only the iGPU and not the dedicated GPU.

I haven't done that before. I'll try that when I get home tonight.

2| Have you tried updating the BIOS to the latest revision?
Can you do that through the UEFI and not have to go into Windows?

3| You may want to see if you can boot up your system or even go to BIOS with only the iGPU and not the dedicated GPU.
I forgot to mention that I did that. I also tried booting the system with only one stick of RAM (trying both sucks individually).

Thank you for the help so far.

I've preformed the breadboard, and am still getting the same results. I did get five beeps from my case speaker the couple times I was able to start the machine. Any advice on how to proceed?

I found the problem. The five long beeps in my case meant that I had the RAM Sticks in the wrong slots as opposed to the more common improperly inserted RAM sticks. I had misread the writing on the motherboard as DDR-4, DDR-3, DDR-2, DDR-1 instead of DDR-4, DDR-2, DDR-3, DDR-1. This has been a lesson in keeping your dyslexia in check, haha. At least I learned a new PC troubleshooting method out of this.

Thank you again for the bread-boarding advice,
