Hi everyone,
I built my PC a four years ago and very recently started having issues. After playing games for around an hour both my monitors will go black. The audio will continue playing for a couple of minutes before the audio also stops. Then the computer will restart. I noticed a light on my GPU from the PSU flashes during this time.
Given that my computer never displays an error message, I am confused about how to diagnose the issue. I find the computer will not have the issue if I am working or doing something less intensive. However, if I hard reset the PC the issue repeats much quicker and normally in a few minutes. I have tried changing the GPU drivers, and tried to use different cables connecting the PSU to the surge protector to see if the cables were failing.
I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue. Thank you very much,
My computer parts are:
GPU: Aorus 3070
CPU: AMD 3700X
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GX2 600W
If I can provide any further information please let me know. And again thank you!
