Question Troubleshooting Corsair RAM

Hello has anyone had issues with the corsair vengeance 32gb model CMK32GX4M2E3200C16. Recently I've been having issues running games with XMP, games stop running. With XMP off it runs with no issues but opening files from desktop stop working needing to manually restart. Thinking the ram sticks were an issues i got them exchanged for new ones but the problem is still there. I've also reset CMOS to what the manual says and that didn't help either. Looked into the compatible list and the ram is not showing up neither is the Gskill ripjaws I had before but those didn't giver me any issues.
Open to any suggestions on what I can do on my end to find a solution, thanks in advanced.

MB: Gigabyte B550M DS3H (non wifi)
RAM: 32 GB Corsair vengeance
CPU: 5800X
PSU: Corsair 850w
GPU: EVGA 3080Ti

Do you have the latest BIOS on the motherboard?

According to Corsair that ram should work. Search on here for your Motherboard - https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categ...16&page=0&sort=popular&view=listView&filters= - link might work
