i'm planning on replacing my gigabyte gtx 460. it's has been glitching for a while and work for only a few months. i plan on switching to ati raedon hd 6850. i just need to know a good company for this gpu.
Evga, Sapphire, Asus, MSI, XFX. But why not go for a better card if you need to buy a new one ?
sadly i would but im financially crippled cant spend over 200. thats why i need a long lasting, good performance gpu. my current one is (might be) fixed. it used to glitch like crazy.
Yeah could be a number of video card issues. From faulty hardware to a driver issue. Make sure the video card is installed correctly in the PCI-E slot. Make sure it's not over heating and has plenty of air flow. Get Driver Sweeper and do a clean install of the latest drivers, etc.
These two 6950's of mine are my first HiS product but so far their great. Plus each one came with two free copies of Dirt 3! The IceQ model cools really well.

how long have you had them for? i want to know if they last longer than the gigabyte gtx 460
I've had one for a few months I suppose. Just got the second one a week or so ago. I had a Gigabyte GTX 460 before these and didn't have a single prob with it either.
