Trying to boot windows 7 with usb and it stucks at windows is loading files

I downloaded a 64 bit windows 7 ultimate sp1 iso "cause i was trying to boot and upgrade my system to 64 bit from 32 bit and yes my CPU supports it"
I used rufus to burn the iso to usb and restarted my pc.
Everything went well until "Windows is loading files".
