PNY CS900 500GB SSD

DISM MGMT won't allow me to initialize. Shows up in BIOS but missing in "This PC". Is listed in Device MGR but doesn't show in DiskPart. I have tried a variety of tools to clone my HD over and nothing works. I have tried Acronis, Aomei, EaseUS, MACRIUM and I think Paragon. At some point I either work my way through the steps and eventually a but won't light up so I can click to get to the next step or I get a series of error messages. Usually there is not enough space or some sort of STOP message with codes and helpdesk website info. All of the fixes I find to get me going usually involve using a step that doesn't work. Ex. "First initialize the disk." I can't. "If you can't initialize the disk open CMD and type in DiskPart" The driver doesn't show up.

It is like this thing is bricked.

THANKS
MIKE

You could attempt to reinstall the OS on the new SSD using the fabricated bootable USB installer made with Windows Media Creation Tools...? Rule out if the SSD you have is DoA. Considering you have an HP prebuilt, how old is the PSU in the build? Does the prebuilt have any BIOS updates pending?

Solution
Theres software to do it for free . First thing is format it normally if its windows 10 u need to have it enabled in the bios for compatability . Then get a external sata connector then the aomi clone software its slow but works every time as long as the drive's enabled and being seen with some sort of partition.
