Question Trying to connect to internet.

So I'm connecting to the internet on a laptop and everything works for a couple minutes then some websites as well as discord just start to infinitely load or not connect whatsoever.

Edit: I forgot to add, it works perfectly normal on my dorms wi-fi but at home it doesn't work, and I keep having to plug it in and out to make it work.

This is my first question on Tom's so I'm sorry if there's a formatting error or anything .

Sorry I forgot to add, everything seems to work perfectly normal on wi-fi. I will update the post to reflect that.

Just a day ago it worked at dorms wifi, then now that I'm home it's doing this. And it's everytime I plug it in, so I have to keep plugging it in and out to make it work. No idea what's happening.

You may want to reinstall the network adapter drivers.

What status does ipconfig /all show. Disconnect generally means a problem with the cable but in the rare case it can be a hardware issue with the port.

If it is connected see if you can ping your router ip
