Question Trying to decide on a USB-C dock for work computer (HP envy)

Hi all, not sure if there’s a format to follow, but I wanted to ask what opinions people had on the following usb c docks, but first some background.
My HP envy for some reason isn’t supporting dual 4k monitors without display link dock or something like that(more on that at the bottom). The usb c port is only 10 GBs I believe.

I do have a Lenovo dock that does power buuuut it doesn’t do dual 4k and the other screen is 800*600 with single 4k.

I believe the reason the display link works is because it has another graphics card doing all the work etc. To boost it so my computer can have extra monitors
