You'll not likely notice any difference between the two boards with processor and memory performance. The B550 board will support PCIe gen 4 for NVME's and the GPU but not with a 5600G processor which is limited to PCIe gen 3.

The main reason to get the B550 is it has WiFi, if that's important for you. That and it may support PCIe gen 3 (with a 5600G processor) for NVME's at the 2nd M.2 socket since the B450 board will be limited to PCie gen2 in any case. They will both support PCIe gen 3 NVME's at the first M.2.

The TUF B450 board may have a better VRM depending on specific model...there's a Plus, Plus-II, Pro, Pro-S and maybe more. But again, for a 5600G it won't matter in the least.
