Tuner Making Trouble

I have Windows ME Installed on my PC and well the problem is that whenever i restart my computer, everything closes then a blank screen appears and the puter stops there it doesnt shutdown or restart or anything just keeps running and th monitor goes into standby mode. I thought it was another corrupt installation so formatted my harddrive and resinstalled everything. Now installing the drivers one by one i found out that the problem start whenever i install the Pinnacle PCTV plus TV tuner Software. So now what should i do? thanx in advance

ok maybe this will help you guys in finding out the trouble. Its not the TV tuner drivers it still happens when the drivers are not installed Is my winodes corrupt?
