I decided to build turbo jet fan (enclosed), with a lot of help from chatGPT.
Can you help me with feedback on this one?

LiPo batteries are expensive and hard to integrate in smaller form factor.
Motor is bit too powerful, but I can dial it down.
I am looking for feedback compatibility of component and safety.

components:
- motor + ESC + controller; 40mm=460W MAX in 16,8V; 29,8A, working voltage 7.4-16.8V

- battery 4x Samsung 21700 INR21700-45T Li-Ion 3.6 V 4500 mAh 50 A

- BMS

-nickel strips 0,2mm x 10mm (6 layers between each battery connection - spot welded)
-copper strip 0.2x10mm alternative for 6L nickel (sandwich of nickel (bottom), solder(center), copper(top) spot welded on battery)
-XT60 connectors
-21700 Battery Terminal Insulator Rings
-heat shrink tubing
-Kapton tape
-car fuse 40 amp
-Balancer connector (JST-XH 5-pin (male +female)
-case 3D printed by friend
-High-temp silicone rubber cable (e.g. 200 °C rated)
[somehow in metric part of this world the silicone cables are also categorized by "AWG" size]

---------------------------------------------------------
wired connection Current Wire Size (mm²)
Battery to ESC ~30–50A 4.0 mm²
ESC to Motor ~30A 2.5 – 4.0 mm²
Charging leads ~5–10A 1.0 – 1.5 mm²
Balance wires <1A 0.14 – 0.25 mm²

ChatGPT is too dumb to tell you that a cordless leafblower that accepts 5S packs of 21700 cells is cheaper than those components and comes with a warranty in a completely finished and safe consumer product.

Or if you wanted really small, the Wolfbox MF100 air duster is toprated on both Project Farm and TTC and recently $44. 118mph from 3.7v "6000mAh" with USB-C charging and 10.6oz.
