It does not. The reboots can be done manually or scheduled to deep night for you (that means 9AM after the late boss fights . You will also get a notification about the upcoming reboot, so you will be always informed when that happens.

Depends on the intended usage and your needs. The article already lists the hardware specs, so I won't repeat them, and the software is open by design, so it's more than a just WiFi AP.
