Question Turtle Beach PX5 headset won't turn on?

I was using it thru my PC with a digital optical cable and I've already tried replacing the batteries. I reset it by holding down the mic mute and before I remembered it had batteries I connected a charger cord to the usb on left ear cuff. They used to light up and try to turn on but now it won' t do anything.

try resetting it again (old the keys really tight for 15seconds)

No i've had it for years and just recently found it again. I tried to reset it by holding the mic mute button.

Are you sure you replaced the batteries correctly?
