Or are you trying to add a TV and a printer to your network?

What is showing the TV and the printer to be "offline"?

TVS Group is an Indian company, that makes (made?) a dot matrix printer called MSP 355. It appears to have been sold since Windows 95, but claims to have drivers for Windows 10. Product page here.

No manual available, so I'd try the customer care number or e-mail.
