[SOLVED] Twenty 8TB HDD connected to 3990x system?

Hello,

I am looking to build a system with a 3990x for work purposes. I need to connect twenty 8TB drives to the system and it needs to be fast with minimal bottlenecks.

The M.2 slots will all have ssds occupied in addition.
I will be using a PCIe to Sata card to accommodate all of these drives (recommendations would be appreciated).

Are there any foreseeable risks/issues with this?
Should I use server grade HW?
Should I do something differently to make the system better?

I was thinking of the Epyc 7240. But the 3990x seems very similar but cheaper.

How are you going to accomodate and power 20 drives? In a PC case? You'd need something like the Fractal Design Define 7 XL.
