Yes, we all know that zip ties are great but if your like me your constantly tinkering on things in or around the computer. The problem with zip ties is that they are a one time use only. You have to get either wires cutters or a good pair of scissors to get them off. Then proceed to replace them. I had a bunch of twisty ties lying in my kitchen and began working on some serious cable management. Not only can you reuse them again and again, they're free at grocery stores!

For those of you who might not recall what a twisty tie is...this is for you.

Computer being redone. Granted the Coolermaster HAF assisted in great cable management with all it's nooks and crannies.

Now this is were these guys really work well. One too short? Link them together for a longer length for really thick cables! No more jungle of wires!

i actually prefer velcro cable ties, the ones you can keep using over and over (best for the cable management outside of a computer)

if i had a digital camera (yeah, i know) i would get some pics together

btw, got to love the ubuntu sticker on the inside of the case

I thought about the twisties, but then I thought about the metal part breaking through and touching something. That turned me away from that idea.

As far as out side the case goes, I prefer velcro as mindless said. I am not knocking down your idea, just isn't my thing. It does look neat though.

You are right in the fact that the metal would eventually show, but they are places that would never short anything. They're only around insulated objects.
