hello everyone, recently I bought an ASUS R9 270 Direct CU II Graphics card and proceeded to install it, however before putting it in, my friend and I uninstalled the old graphics card which was HD 8670D and when i turned it after installing my new r9, everything is fine but when I went to my device manager it says that 8670D is still functioning?
There's no problem, well actually when I play witcher 2, everything is fine but on some scenes, I would see some line going up and down, it's kinda hard to explain but it's not hindering me but I can see it from time to time and I'm a bit scared.

Should I disable the 8670D now?

Solution
The 8670D can't be disabled. It is part of your APU. It will continue to idle as long as you don't have a monitor plugged into the MB video port(s). No problem with it idling.

If you have an issue with the new card, is it only in that one game or all games?
