Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. There are no guarantees multiple kits will work together.
You should also be aware that populating more than two memory slots on an AM4 will reduce the maximum memory clock speed making a 3200MHz clock speed unlikely.
The chances of having a problem is low, but there is always a chance.
I have mixed ram many times and never had a problem, unless I mixed voltages.
So some memory needs 1.35v other 1.5volt - just check what voltage you need on the memory you have in there now and what the voltage is on the new one you want to buy.
Don't worry about speed - just worry that all 4 can work together on the same voltage (default)I have set the volt to 1.360 but my mobo dose not read 3200
name and model of both ram set .
What are you using your PC for? What is better you think 32gb not clocked to 3200 or 16gb clocked to 3200???
this is your ram and it work at 2133 so activate axmp in bios they might run at 2933 max so try them one set at the times https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/Categ...Black/p/CMW16GX4M2C3200C16#tab-tech-specsalso this one is not on qvl list .

Gaming will be better with 16GB at 3200 MHz compared to 32 GB at a lower speed. For video editing I'm not sure, I'm guessing it would depend on the size of the videos you're working with. If you actually start filling up all 16GB while editing then it would definitely benefit from the extra RAM.most is for gaming. Some times i edit video
so try the other set alone that did not work in test as primary ones.
