Two microphone both make the same white noise

I have a Corsair H1500 and a SteelSeries Siberia V2 both of them have white noise when I listen to play back and everyone i talk to over Skype can hear it as well. I have no idea what to do please help.

I have tried all 4 front USB slots and back slots still same result.
