[SOLVED] Two PCs in same room best option for connection to modem

Hello.
Right now, me and my brother share a room with both are pcs in the same room (he only recently got one) . i have a question regarding connecting both to the modem without and interfere between the two.
I have been using the https://www.amazon.co.uk/NETGEAR-PL...ine+netgear&qid=1587731979&s=computers&sr=1-1 to connect my computer to the modem, what would be the best option for money in terms of under £100 to connect his computer to the modem too without any problems, would a wireless powerline adapter work?. As i tried a wired one and that doesn't seem to work.
Would Appreciate any help!

How about just adding a cheap Ethernet switch?

Powerline adapter -> Switch
Switch -> Your PC
Switch -> Brother's PC
