Two Samsung SSD toghether, any conflict?

Hi
I already have Samsung 500GB SSD PRO as my boot drive, want to add 1TB Samsung SSD PRO as my working/game collection drive. Can Samsung Magician handle 2 Samsung SSDs without any issues - I remember that I saw somewhere that Magician can handle only one drive?
If there is an issue with 2 identical drives, what about adding EVO, not PRO to the mix?

Please correct me if I am wrong. It is black Friday today, perfect time for an upgrade.

Appreciate as always any input.

Thanks for a quick reply.
If price is almost the same, getting from Samsung directly would be better than from Amazon (about $20 cheaper, not a big deal) for the warranty issues or it is doesn't matter - if Samsung recognize any region warranty?
I know that with Western Digital getting HDDs from Amazon could be tricky, may end up without warranty.
