typing chinese in 8.1

Is there a keyboard for windows 8.1 that can type chinese without the english input option. A keyboard for purely chinese only as i cant type chinese in some programs because it keeps switching to the english input and i cant switch back

I believe there are keyboards out there, such as this one for example (http://www.amazon.com/Chinese-English-Keyboard-Ivory-Color/dp/B003UVB5O6/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1417450005&sr=8-9&keywords=chinese+keyboard)

I believe that (assuming you already have the language pack) you set it to use an actual chinese keyboard instead of the IME.
