Question Ubiquiti Discovery Tool cannot detect other devices

When connected to a certain switch, my laptop specifically cannot detect the Ubiquiti devices that are currently on that manage switch. However, using my boss' PC, they can be detected. I have set the static IP's needed to allow me to see those devices and I can ping them through CMD.

I had problems with my laptop because the McAfee firewall wasn't allowing the discovery protocol through. Try temporarily disabling any software firewall you have installed on your laptop.

The untagged lan would be the one you need to be connected to as well.
