My Components:

AMD RYZEN 5 3600.
EVGA GTX 1660 SUPER.
GIGABYTE B450 AORUS ELITE.
ADATA XPG D60 RGB 16GB 3200 MHZ (2X8GB).
SSD M.2 240GB WD GREEN SATA3.
HDD 1TB WD BLUE 3.5" SATA3 7200RPM.
CORSAIR 650W 80 PLUS BRONZE.

Summary:
Does not recognize M.2 and SATA drive.
I already tried a different HDD and it is also not recognized in UEFI or when trying to start the Windows 10 installation process.

Solution
On the b450 boards it uses the SATA ports for the m.2 drive so read your manual and see what ones are deactivated with the m.2 drive. When installing windows the m.2 drive should be the only one installed.
