Hi, I'm looking for an ENGLISH website/company which will build my PC if I send them all the parts needed
All suggestions please, cheap and reliable ones please.

Not going to happen mate , no actual company I know of would build with components you supply - too many issues possible with compatibility, DOA parts etc.

Best you'll do is a local PC builder if you can find one.
