I've installed windows in uefi gpt mode when I enable ultrafast boot the bios screen still shows and I can enter bios by pressing del key. Isn't ultra fast boot supposed to be fast that I can't even enter bios but it seems ultra fast boot is not working.
Specs i3 7100
Gigabyte h110
Gtx 650 uefi
Corsair 8gb
Antec vp550.

Solution
your manual isn't very specific

Enables or disables Fast Boot to shorten the OS boot process. Ultra Fast provides the fastest bootup speed. (Default: Disabled)

SATA Support
All Sata Devices - All SATA devices are functional in the operating system and during the POST. (Default)
Last Boot HDD Only Except for the previous boot drive - all SATA devices are disabled before the OS boot process completes.

This item is configurable only when Fast Boot is set to Enabled or Ultra Fast.
Page 25-26 of manual.

Its possible if you don't have 2nd setting set to last boot hdd it might slow it down enough to show boot screen
