[SOLVED] Ultra HD, HD, SD vs PC in in nVidia's Control Panel.

Under change resolution in nVidia's control panel, There are two types of resolution:

As you can see, if I choose the 1920x1080 under Ultra HD, HD, SD, I only get max 60hz...but If I choose 1920x1080 under PC, I get max 72hz …. is there a difference between these two modes ? Am I really getting 72hz ? The advertised refresh rate is max 60hz at 1080p ? is there a way to check ?
