Question Ultraproducts 600 Watt ATX Power Supply

10 year old PSU died; it has a peculiar plug design. Ultraproducts appears gone. PSU has unusual 5 plug output. Anyone have insight or suggestions. I am NOT a hardware guy!

Do you mean 5 plug output on the PSU itself? That's just a functional of it being modular, assume every single modular PSU has it's own cabling specification at the PSU end of the cables.

Got it, just hoping not to have to figure it all out. Great would be just having to swap in a similarly configured PSU! 3 of the 5 plugs are in use w/2 optical and 2 HDD plus the ribbon to MB. Thx.

Assume that you can't, there is nothing to stop them swapping polarity of individual cables at the PSU end.

Any modern PSU will be fine, i'd always recommend a 550-600W seasonic, or superflower.

The cables at the component end will all be the same, just make a note of what went where and it's simpler than building lego, if it won't fit it's oriented the wrong way round, or it's the wrong cable, don't force it. If you miss any out it won't boot, just turn it off and figure out what you've missed and you can't fit too many as there's just no where to put them.

Thanks! Amazon had the best price on Thermaltake 600W TR2. I was shipped the older model vs (advertised) TR2-600CUS but it had everything I needed and is working! J
