Hi,

I have macbook, I can't connect my email to our server name. I tried to connect using different server name and it's working and connected successfully. I used mac mail app as my email client. Please help me. Thank you.

Is there any way to open or use port 25 for smtp server in outlook setup for email? Please help me. Thank you.

Hi, Thank you for responding. Error says "Unable to verify username account and password" but I'am really sure that the account I've entered is correct because it's working in webmail. Also I tried other server name and it's working good with no error.

Forum rules prohibit assistance with resolving passwords, etc. because we have no way to really know the true situation.

You will need to contact the applicable server admins and email/webmail admins.

They or the applicable support desks should be able to help resolve the access problem(s) with respect to the usernames and passwords that work or do not work.
