Unable to instal Kies 3 (Samsung) on my new Windows 10 laptop

As the title states I downloaded Sansumg Kies3 into my new Windows 10 laptop but now I'm unable to install due to Samsung not authorized. Anyone here knows how to get around this problem? I use Kies3 to manage my Galaxy Note 4 and post photos online. Thanks in advance.

Kies has been replaced by http://www.samsung.com/au/apps/smartswitch/ even though it seems to be for transferring to a new phone

It shows that on the Kies page: http://www.samsung.com/au/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/

I followed the link provided and downloaded the new version of Kies. It installed without any issues. Thanks a lot, I appreciate your response.
