Unable to login to my pc

So, I have a problem with my pc. It restarted to do some updates. Afterwards, I'm unable to connect my usb's (keyboard and mice). Since I can't use them, I can't login to my pc.

I tried to reconnect them after logging in aswell as trying all my usb- ports.

Help is much appreciated.

Try using Safe Mode with Networking to get into windows and update the necessary drivers or rollback the updates. They DO work prior to windows loading up right? For BIOS and pre-windows environments?

but i I cant start my computer in safe mode as I don't have acess to my keyboard...

If you can't use the keyboard or mouse even BEFORE the system begins loading the windows drivers and environment, which you should be able to do regardless of ANY drivers that are, or are not installed, then you have a hardware issue, and it's not related to any updates or drivers.

Have you even tried using it prior to that? As soon as you start the computer, begin pressing Delete or F2 or whatever you normally press to access the bios, to see if it works. When it starts up, do the lights on the keyboard or mouse turn on? Is the device wireless? Have you checked the batteries?

Check to see if your computer has a PS2 port for keyboard and mouse. If it does, you may need to locate a PS2 keyboard and mouse to use long enough to resolve the issue or you may need to reinstall Windows.
