I've been trying to Port forward on this NETGEAR D6300 Router with no luck. I've followed Port Forward guides on all the websites except everything shows up different for them in comparison to me when opening ports, say they will have about 8 things to fill in when opening a port where i only have 3. I'll include images of what I see vs what everyone else sees http://imgur.com/a/ULZZt

I would appreciate any help you have to offer, I've done as much as I can to open the Ports with what it gives me but I feel like it's not giving me all the options I need to actually open them? This Router was not provided by my ISP, so there should be no restrictions preventing Port Forwarding and they have no custom firmware installed on my router.
I'm not sure whats going on so thanks for the help.

From the image you posted, the "Add Services" page does not even allow an internal IP address to be specified. My guess is that, even though it's not an ISP provided modem, your provider has pushed modified firmware to the Netgear to prohibit you from running a server.

The Netgear's status page should show the firmware version in use. You may be able to determine if it has been modified for your ISP.

Start with the router's User Manual:

https://www.netgear.com/support/product/D6300.aspx#docs

And here are two additional Netgear links to help you get started:

https://kb.netgear.com/20917/What-is-port-forwarding

https://kb.netgear.com/23020/Opening-ports-for-internet-games-and-applications-on-NETGEAR-routers

Work with the "Add Custom Service" window to create the service name and fill in the port forwarding details via Edit.

Then click to add that service.

Focus on getting just one port forward into place to just one computer. Then use that as a template to add other port forwards.

The ISP has had no firmware pushed onto the Router. They do not provide Routers with their service and I have even called them and they have confirmed they have no custom firmware for Routers. The current firmware version, (V1.0.0.90_1.0.90,) was downloaded from the NETGEAR Website. I have even downgraded to an older version of the firmware to see if this fixed the issue, however it did not. The ISP also confirmed that they allow hosting of servers on the plan I am on, and even offered a static IP for doing so for free.
