Question Unable to POST Z790 UD AC (giga), cannot power front panel power button.

Build:
MB: Gigabyte z790 UD AC
CPU: 13600k
GPU: 4070 (msi)
PSU: corsair 750rx
Ram: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 RAM 32GB 2x 16
Case: Lian Li 216 RBG
CPU cooler: Silent Assassin 120

Issue #0: My z790 UD AC when booted in QFLASH powers on Orange

Issue #1: I cannot connect the front panel power in any config to get it to power on. Using the provided front panel power in #11 on first link does not work.

Issue #2: When using the provided QFlash on the z790 the machine powers on all fans, but as soon as the ram, and I assume the CPU recieve power the machine immediately powers down. This issue occurs both in single and in dual channel ram.

I have verified that both MOBO and CPU power sections on the board are attached correctly and have power and as stated there is some power to the case.

The issue that concerns me more is the fact that I cannot get the front panel power switch to activate. After that any steps taken to isolate this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Try to power your PC on with a screwdriver. If this works, either the power button on your case is faulty or the wires coming from it are bad. Refer to page 26 of your manual.

Nothing? No fans turning, no lights on?

Try removing the 4070 from the motherboard and connect your dispaly directly to the appropriate motherboard display connector. Also, try with a single RAM stick.
