unable to read graphic card hardware

hi im having a problem with my graphic card. i recently just got back on my computer after about a month. for some reason when i try to auto config my game, it says it cant find my graphic card i'm not sure why this is used my PC it worked fine i have a Radeon RX 570 and 16gb of ddr4 ram i tried to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them but had no luck.

I know you said that you tried re-installing drivers, but there might have been updates to those drivers that lost support for your graphics card? Try re-installing the exact version of drivers you had. If you did that, then I don't know what to do.
