Unable to type the number two key

Hi i have an big problem when i try to type the two key it doesn't do anything and the weird thing is i am able to type the @ i tryed to
replace my keyboard: No result
reboot: no result
Plugin in diferent port: no result
And there are no drivers for my keyboard Its an logitech K two-hundred
If anyone has an idea on how to fix please tell me

what did you replace keyboard with? another logitech K200 or a different brand?

I find plenty of cases of keys not working with that keyboard but nothing as specific as yours is. Most times key just stops completely, this loooks like a driver issue more than anything else.

try loading pc in safe mode and see if same thing happens. I assume the 2 key works in the bios as well.

I am able to use the key in safemode so could it be an virus?

It sounds like its either startup software or a conflicting driver still. Try doing a clean boot, this will tell you if its a start up program causing this to happen: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/kb/929135

If that doesn't help, I would go into device manager under keyboards and delete all the drivers in here, and then restart PC. Windows should reinstall the default drivers.
