I'm looking for a PC to play GTA V and Fallout 4 on low/medium (Or GD Adjusted if using the links) settings with, I want the price under £500

Please refer to these links to see how the GPU affects performance:

Solution
That GTX 950 is unbelievable for the price, I'd definitely go for that. Much better than the 660 and not far behind the 960.

Microsoft are still offering free upgrades to Windows 10 at the moment but technically that could stop at any time so it isn't guaranteed. I'd risk it though, that's a cheap OS and Windows 8.1 is pretty good anyway.

EDIT: I wouldn't change the PSU, more power than you really need but no harm in that. It is great quality too.

If you're going for card with 2gb vram would go with 950 personally, it isn't THAT far behind a 960 and if you only want low to medum will do that no problem, probably a bit more, but if you don't mind spending extra cash then 960 is better, but not by a great deal unless you get a SSC one.
