System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Programming, browsing

Parts Not Required: TV, Mouse, Keyboard, DVD Drive, Speakers, HDD(only if windows can be installed on an external 500gb HDD)

Parts Preferences: I would like to stick with a nice (preferably intel) CPU. Graphics must perform well(lag free) under 720p, as I have no plans to upgrade my TV.

Overclocking: Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe, just to leave an opening for future upgrades

Monitor Resolution: 1024x768

I will need to cut off (at least) $100 from it in order to afford it.

Outlander, the Case has a 500W power supply built in. Also, I have a very old Hitachi SATA that i could use to hold the OS until i gained sufficient funds.
Also, remember, I want performance at 720p, not the 1080p this provides! Anyone have reasonable downgrades that will not affect my 720p performance? Other than the ram decrease.
