Question Under performing PC, need help

Hello,
I think my PC is really under performing. Low FPS, no smoothness, random crashes. Anyone any ideas?

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 6600k @ 3.5Ghz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 103
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB Windforce
Motherboard: Gigabyte-H110m-s2h
RAM: Crucial DDR4, 2133MHz (1x 16GB)
SSD: Sandisk Plus 240GB & Crucial BX500 480GB

CPU and GPU temps in games?

I would expect a little stutter in demanding games with 1 stick of ram and a 6600k.

My GPU is around 70-80 degrees. CPU around 50 degrees.
You mean having 2 sticks as in dual channel, load over 2 sticks?
