Good Evening !

I am quite new to the whole computer build side of things but I built a brand new system. With some good components for the first try, sadly I have enormous issues with performance and I am not too sure what to do. My current system specs are as follows

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Founders Edition
PSU : MSI A820GD
CPU Cooling : NZXT Kraken X73 + 6 CORSAIR LL120 LL Series
PC Case ; Lian Li PC-O11DX 011 Dynamic Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case - Black
RAM Thermaltake RGB 16GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3600MHz TOUGHRAM
Storage : Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB
Motherboard ROG STRIX B550-A

My User benchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/44404856

I only play two games which are Escape From Tarkov and Call Of Duty Warzone. I get around 90-100 frames in Tarkov on low settings and 80-130 in Warzone. I would deeply appriciate any tips on this matter as it has been driving me crazy and I have no idea what to do in this situation. Thank you in advance!

Best Regards

You run an old bios, so could start there and update to the latest non beta which is version 2403. Might be good to update the chipset drivers to the latest before updating the bios,

AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

What monitor is used?

The psu series is not one i know, sure you gave the right one?

I use X2 of BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P 24 Inch 144Hz PC Gaming Monitor also my apologies I misspelled the PSU is A850GF If I may ask where may I update my bios?

Also, according to your userbenchmark result, your cpu is only using half it's cores. Do you have ryzen master installed and have you been playing around with it?

I have just installed it and it says that they are asleep. How do I wake them? Sounds awfully weird to say that :')

I assume that in addition to the up-to-date BIOS, you also did a fresh install of Windows? Lots of people simply slap their previous OS onto the new system and get surprised with odd performance issues.

Not only is your 5800X showing at half the cores, the clocks also indicate a CPU that isn't functioning like a 5800X should. Using defaults, the CPU should show up with a base clock of 3.8 GHz and the number of the average boost should be somewhere in the 4.5 GHz to 4.8 GHz range.

Did you update your motherboards BIOS as suggested? How many cores/logical processers does it say in task manager? (press Ctrl+Shift+ESC, then click on 'more details' then click 'more performance.')

I think I have done it now I went through the process with the USB how do I check it ?

On the bottom left of your screen where it says 'type here to search.' type ''msinfo32' click on 'system information' and it should tell you there in the list.

Great that's it updated now to the BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 2404, 21/06/2021 . I just went onto the Ryzen Master selected the Profile 1 and it still works on 4 cores :/

I have just booted up warzone in the background still the same issue. 🙁

May you please send me a link for the latest chipset drivers? I am downloading the Windows 10 Setup on my USB now.
already linked these,

I have tried that and still only 4 cores are operational I have Launched warzone just to make sure but they are still asleep .
What happens if you in Ryzen Master set Controll Mode to default?
