My pc keeps shutting off on me and after reading up on forums i see similar issues where cpu cooler/psu was the problem.
But nobody really explained/had similar results to what my Kernel event 125 was producing.
Can someone explain to me what AC0 and so on actually mean?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

My pc keeps shutting off on me
We're going to need more context, what sort of tasks do you tax the system with in order to cause it to shut off?

PSU: EVGA 850 Gold
EVGA is the brand of the unit while 850 and gold are the advertised wattage of the PSU and 80+ efficiency rating of the unit, respectively. What is the model of the unit and it's age?

CPU: Intel Core i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz
+
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212
You have the wrong cooler for that processor, IMHO.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Thank you! and Apologies!!!
This started fairly recently where sometimes it gets past post and sometimes it shuts off before post a couple times and just cycles till it hits win login screen.
It is common for my pc to turn on and stay on for 10-15 minutes before kicking back off and cycling.
After 30 minutes of that dance it tends to work and run for hours. (I know it's bad for it)
I mainly game and stream with this pc and it started as a pre-built that i upgraded over the years. pretty much every part.

CPU: Intel Core i7-11700K
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 (meant to upgrade it but put on the backburners and forgotten sadly)
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Z590-PLUS WIFI BIOS Ver 1017 (Onboard network card does not work)
Ram: G Skill DDR4 2x16
SSD/HDD: 980 PRO 2TB, ADATA XPG SX8100NP 512GB (Windows drive and came with pre built 2020), WD10EZEX 1TB (Not Used but also came with prebuilt in 2020)
GPU: 3070 TI Super (2024)
PSU: EVGA 850 GT Super Nova 80+ Gold (Purchased Early 2022)
Chassis: Lian Li LANCOOL II W/USB C
OS: Win 11 Home 26100.3194
Monitor: AOC CQ32G2S 32" Curved Frameless Gaming Monitor 2K QHD and Unknown LG 24" ultrawide 60HZ.

People are usually quick to accuse the PSU for a rebooting PC but in my experience this kind of problems is a RAM issue 90% of the time. Try to remove a stick and see if the problem still happens. If it does, swap the stick with the other one. If you have xmp enabled, try disabling it.

I ended up setting up my pc with the new parts and in process re-seated the ram.
I have no issues and temps are WAY below what they were before so i can either test each part individually for the sake of knowledge or just leave it as is lmfao
