[SOLVED] Undervolting problem

(Sorry for bad english) I have a (saphire nitro+) rx 580 4gb. I tried to undervolt in afterburner and as smart as i am i just pulled the switch to the minimum (-200mv). After that the system immadietly crashed. When i turn on the pc again, it boots up, can log in to the windows, but right there just crashes again. There is a bios switch in my card, i tried to switch, but same result. Please help me, what can i do now?

Start it up in SafeMode, should be able to remove afterburner after that.
