no I have not see it when installing it here on anything ?? maybe you got a bad download ?/ try another from a different site [seems I got my last download from techpowerup ?? ]

I got it from the official website. Shouldn't be a bad download.

Of course it is not suppose to freeze! Perhaps you have other issues. Disk perhaps...

Definitely my computer. I tried techpowerups and it froze even earlier.

cant say ? I installed it on windows and Linux with out issue ? maybe test your hard drive or see if a antivirus you run is affecting it [???]

I see issues with it not able to run but nothing on it not installing or locking up during the install process ?
