Question Uninstall app in Safe Mode.

A question. How can I uninstall an application in safe mode?
Basically instead of starting windows 10, I installed an application that starts before the operating system, and does not let me use the laptop.

I just wanted to try the app.
Windows 10 starts normally, then after 15 seconds the windows disappears and the application takes control of the pc.
It doesn't give me time to uninstall.

You may very well have created a situation where only a wipe and clean install will fix things.

No, it not take control after 15 sec in safe mode. Only in Desktop windows 10.

add and remove program

so my guess is you try to pirate software?

Not sure I would trust this since you obviously downloaded something bad, I would do a fresh install.
