[SOLVED] Uninstalled apps still showing as installed

And when I click uninstall (they've already been uninstalled) this shows

I've googled and found how to remove them but is this safe to do, or is there another way to do it? Also, why does this in the first place happen?

have you restarted PC since removing app? often ghost images of installed programs will stay until you restart PC. Not shutdown, use the restart option in power menu of start up

Yes, I have restarted the PC since removing. Some of the apps are years old, like the Fifa 17. Seems around 2017. I also have older games like Assassin's Creed II that I've played 5+ years ago, and it is still there. I will back up the registry and delete them, see what happens
