Lian-Li PC-60
"good cooling": twin 80mm intake fans with a filter over them to keep out dust, one 80mm exhaust fans, one exhaust fan on the PSU, good airflow design
"more interesting than the usual plain white case, but is still functional": All-aluminum, this mean it is several times lighter than just about all cases (since they use steel) and conducts heat several times better (to speard heat from you components). It looks good and interesting, conversation starter. It is designed very well, very easy to work with (almost everything comes apart, removable motherboards tray, rounded edges, thumbscrews used instead of regular screws, etc.)

Only bad part is the price: about $250, still less than half the price of the vapochill and more affordable, but more than most cases
directron.com has the lowest price I could find for the PC-60: http://www.directron.com/pc60.html at $189 without the PSU. You can add the Enermax 330W Whisper series PSU (about the best you can buy, two quiet fans, gold plated ends, etc) for $64 more making the total of $245 or add a generic PSU to your order for much less.
