(University)A question about un-installing/installing...

Ok,so I bought University yesterday,and was having fun with it until I
found out that my CD kept getting stuck in the drive.Anyway,I was
wondering if there was some way to un-install it and re-install it
without losing all of my houses/sims?

Never mind.Please ignore.I found out that the disc itself was the
problem.I exchanged it today.
