Unknown ASUS Beep Code

Setting up my first build and my ASUS H81m-d motherboard is giving me one short beep and one longer one about 6-7 seconds later. I can't find this in any of the manuals, there's no beep code thing in the manual it came with. Does anyone know what this means?

I should add, there is no signal when I plug it into the monitor either, but all fans start and the case led and mobo led light up.

So I switched my ram from DIMM_B1to DIMM_A1 and its working

The cable running into the graphics card wasn't fully seated.
