Question Unknown FPS drop RTX 3060 1FPS

Hello! Since I changed my GPU last October, I've played few games where after a few minutes, my FPS drop to 1FPS for approximately 5 seconds, from about 60% of utilization to about 10% then up again. It happens for example on CSGO where every 1-2 minutes my frame drop at 1FPS for 5 seconds and it quite annoying. It doesn't do that on most of the games.
My drivers are up to date and everything goes well with that GPU for most part except for that. I would need help to fix that once and for all! If you have any question just ask me!

My GPU is a MSI RTX 3060 12GB
Other information if it important:
RAM: 32GB 3000Mhz (2x16gb)
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X 8 core
OS: Windows 11 home 64bit

Which power supply/PSU are you having with you ?

I have a Corsair RMX series RM750x 750W 80+ gold certified

Problem solved, my CPU was overheating because there was not enough air flow in my PC so my GPU was also dropping down with the CPU, bought 3 new fans for my PC and I don't have that problem anymore!
