Unreal Tournament 2003

Hi, running the benchmark on this game, my bot match fps is only 40fps, and whilst reading the tomshardware VGA charts, using a system with the exact same specs as mine (athlon 1000 system) they get 54fps. ANy ideas?

Drive fragmented
Programs running in background but not on taskbar.
Operating system your using.
Spyware.
different motherboard, hard drive, soundcard.
Many, many other things can effect it.
